Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Every bag is roasted to order. Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package shows delivered but never arrived, email hello@roastrebels.us with your order number and we'll help sort it out, including sending a replacement when a package is lost in transit.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
