How billing works

When you subscribe, you're charged for your first order at checkout. After that, you're automatically charged the subscription price on the schedule you picked (for example, every month) using the payment method you saved, until you cancel.

Skip, change, or cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery, change your coffee, grind, size, or schedule, or cancel at any time from your account on our website, or by emailing hello@roastrebels.us. Changes or cancellations made before your next billing date apply to that order. Orders that have already been charged and shipped can't be canceled, but they are covered by our Refund Policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we'll email you before your next charge.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll email you so you can update your card. Your subscription may pause until payment goes through.
